HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD GOWNS BE ORDERED?
We generally ask for gowns to be ordered 16 weeks in advance.
DO YOU PROVIDE RUSH ORDERS?
Yes, we could do 8 weeks rush order. If you need a gown even sooner, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
HOW OFTEN & HOW LONG IS THE TRUNK SHOW?
We normally do two trunk show each year. A trunk show is lasting for 2 weekends normally.
HOW DOES THE TRUNK SHOW RUN?
We will send dresses from the latest collection, with detailed dress list, price list.
Stockists to check if there are any discrepancy or dress damage, report to us 2 days after dresses arrive please.
Stockists will organise the dresses to send to the next store on agreed date on the trunk show form. Contact us to book the latest trunk show.
We will send marketing material 2 weeks before the trunk show, so stockists can promote the trunk show on their webpage and social media. 10% off discount is offered for all client orders within trunk show period.
Do you offer customisation?
Yes, we can do customisation for client orders.
1. add sleeves, cap sleeves
2. raise the neckline
3. line up the bodice
4. change the lining colour
5. extend train
Should I do anything before my appointment?
You can view our collections online and save your favourites - it can be the lace on a certain dress or the neckline - anything that interests you.
What happens after I choose my dress?
Your retailer will secure your selection by processing a deposit. They will then take your measurements and give you a timeframe for when your dress will be ready for a fitting.
